Just a note to let you know that we have arrived home in Ottawa, Ontario safe and sound. Everything went well, no problems at border - only took approx. 1/2 hr.
We wish to extend our thanks to everyone, especially Ray, Jerry and Chris for excellent service and allowing us to spend the night on your property, even though that nasty train kept us up most of the night. Also must not forget to mention Hanna who was a treat and a real little curtie.
After going through all the brochures on the various parts of the unit, we noticed that the manual for the water pump was missing. We called Keystone directly and they e-mailed us the manual, within 1/2 hr. of our conversation. Once again we were very impressed with the excellent service provided by Keystone.
